The Welcome Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

We are closed when the University is closed, including most major holidays.

The University Welcome Center serves as a reception and information station where visitors, guests , and the public are greeted and assisted with information about the campus and university events and are directed to other helpful resources.

The University's main switchboard is staffed at the center to give the same quality of assistance to callers, that our visitors receive.

The Welcome Center is administered by the Office of Admissions through the Student Affairs Enrollment Management Division.

The Center provides a central location for the dissemination of information that orients visitors and the community to campus facilities, programs and events, complimenting the ability of other administrative units to relay timely and accurate information.

The staff is carefully selected for interpersonal skills and ability to receive, integrate, and transmit a huge body of information and is well informed about all areas of the University.

Campus maps as well as various other brochures are given out to anyone that visits the Welcome Center. We are also responsible for providing visitor passes.
