Telephone Trouble Reports
Should you experience trouble, report it to Telecommunications by dialing
8-5000. If after hours, dial Ext. 8-5000 and leave a voicemail message.
Give the following information:
- Your name, telephone number, building and room number where the phone
trouble is located.
- A brief description of the trouble.
- Time and date when the phone trouble occured.
- An alternate telephone number where you can be reached.
