International Dialing
To place an international call, you must first have international access. If you do not know if you have access, please call the Office of Telecommunications at extension 5000 to inquire. If you would like to obtain international access, please send an Email from you Department Head giving authorization to telecomm@georgiasouthern.edu.

- Dial the Local Number
- Dial # if you have a touchtone phone, this will place your call faster.
What are the country and city codes?
To find a list of some of the country and city codes, turn to page 14 of your
Statesboro Frontier Directory.
The country code is the bold number following the country name.
The city codes are the numbers to the right of the city name. The time
difference is the number to the right of the country name.

Melbourne 3
Sydney 2
Country Code is 61
City Code for Melbourne is 3
+15 means to add 15 hours to the Eastern Standard Time
