Department Name/Account Changes
Any change in service for the following may be requested through a memo or
Email to Telecommunications. Changes will then be made to reflect the new
information on your telephone billing:
- Phone numbers and correlating equipment (type of phone, voice mail box
if applicable) changing from one account number to another.
- Department account numbers that need to be changed.
- A change in class of service for a phone number. (Example: From local
dialing only to long distance capability, or a change to international
dialing capability, etc.)
- Departmental name changes on a billing.
- Any questionable items on billing that need to be examined further.
