Restrictions
(A) Mail containing food, beverages or perishable items cannot be sent through
intracampus mail. Limited package storage areas along with improperly wrapped
packages tend to intensify problems with storage space, insects, and rodents.
(B) Correspondence that contains obscene language or drawings will be returned
to the sender or the V.P. of Student Affairs.
(C) Unidentified campus mail found in the lobby collection boxes may be inspected
to keep out chain letters and to insure that off-campus business do not use
our free boxing services.
(D) Chain letters are considered a form of harrassment and may violate federal
postal laws. University regulations prohibit the use of the intracampus mail
system to dispatch this type of correspondence. Department heads will be notified
when chain letters are found in their outgoing intracampus mail.
