NOTE: All departmental outgoing mail/UPS must be at University Postal Services by 3:30 p.m. in order to be processed the same business day. Campus Postal Services has the responsibility of handling all mailing needs for Georgia Southern University. The department also handles parcel deliveries in conjunction with UPS. Campus Postal Services is responsible for over 14,000 student PO Boxes that serve as the main communication between the institution and students and as a service organization for all university faculty, staff, and students. Campus Postal Services also serves as a Contract Postal Unit under contract with the United States Postal Service, which extends customer service not only to Georgia Southern University but to the general public as well.


It is our intent to:

  • Send out all mailings at the lowest cost possible, unless otherwise instructed by the department.
  • Work closely with departments in preparing bulk mail.
  • Answer any questions concerning postal needs.
