Strategic Planning Council

The Strategic Planning Council (SPC) is charged with facilitating the strategic planning process by serving as advisor and articulator. The principal effort of the SPC is to engage in collective strategic deliberation concerning the institution, generally for the benefit of the institution and specifically to advise the president and the President's Cabinet. The SPC solicits and gathers information, identifies and evaluates strategic issues, recommends and reexamines priorities, and devises and reviews alternatives; all within the scope of the strategic planning process.
