Georgia Southern University Housing Foundation, Inc.

Georgia Southern University Housing Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt Georgia corporation and a recognized cooperative organization of Georgia Southern University. The Housing Foundation's goal is to assist the University in expanding and improving its Physical Facilities for the benefit of Georgia Southern's students.

The Housing Foundation has formed three Limited Liability Companies ("LLC's") to enter into bond transactions for the purpose of financing these expansions and improvements. By entering into agreements with the Bulloch County Development Authority, each LLC has participated in the issuance of one of three series of tax-exempt bonds, the proceeds of which have been used for the betterment of the Georgia Southern campus. In particular, the Housing Foundation LLC's have helped finance these projects:

• Southern Courtyard

• Southern Pines

• Eagle Village

• J.I. Clements Stadium renovation and expansion

• Iron Works renovation and expansion

• Soccer and Track Stadium

• Recreation Activity Center renovation and expansion (under construction)
