9-911 for an on-campus phone and 911 for an off-campus phone.

For medical emergencies, contact the Bulloch County Emergency Medical Service (EMS), regardless of the time of day or night. Dial 9-911 if using a campus telephone or 911 if using an off-campus telephone.

GSU Public Safety may be contacted at (912) 478-5234 in case of emergencies.

- AFTER HOURS -

Students who become sick or injured when the Health Center is closed and feel they cannot wait until it reopens should seek medical treatment at the East Georgia Regional Medical Center (EGRMC) Emergency Department, which is located on Highway 67 just south of Statesboro at 1499 Fair Road. All expenses related to emergency and after hours care are the responsibility of the student.

Operating hours are 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday during semesters.
