| These sections, normally referred to as the "front end documents" or "boiler plate" will be provided to the A/E and should require only minor modifications. Any changes or additions the A/E wishes to make to these documents shall be coordinated with Georgia Southern University in advance of the alteration. | ||

| Use the standard Section A provided by the BOR/GSFIC as modified for the project. The times and locations of the pre-bid meeting and bid opening are to be coordinated with Georgia Southern University. | ||

Section F - Supplementary General Conditions |

| Georgia Southern University will provide a copy of the latest edition of the Supplementary General Conditions (Section D) to the construction contract. This document provides information the contractor needs to successfully complete work at the University. | ||
