Repaint the exterior painted surfaces. Replace the handicap ramp. Repair and upgrade the main, front entrance. Much of the paint is lead based and must be properly abated or sealed prior to finish painting.

Lead paint abatement and cleaning has been completed. Demolition of the main entrance steps and handicap ramp has been completed.

Main entrance steps are poured. The handicap ramp has been poured. Painting has begun and is continuing. The landscaping is underway.
Monthly Progress - February 2008
Main entrance steps are complete. The handicap ramp is complete. Painting is about 90% complete. Damaged bricks have been replaced and mortar has been pointed. Over all, project is nearly complete.
