The new Alumni/Welcome Center facility will be an accessible, friendly, and warm place for first time visitors and returning alumni. The facility of approximately 12,000 GSF will house the Alumni Center and Welcome Center with related functions.
Near Term Expected Work
Complete store fronts and windows. Start wood ceiling and ceramic tile at Alumni Hall. Limestone to be 90% complete. All brick will be completed at front entrance of building. Finish wall painting and complete ceiling tile to 90%. Start carpet on west wing of building and pavers at back entrance of Alumni Hall.

Windows and store fronts are 98% complete. Started limestone on site at front and back entrances. Limestone tile on fire place at Alumni Hall is 95% complete. All ceiling grid in building has been installed. Started final grading on east side of site.

Lightning protection has been installed. Windows are 95% installed. Ceiling grids and painting started in the west wing. Sheet rock walls in the Alumni Hall installed. Data cable/cable lines are being installed.

All framing is complete and 95% of sheetrock is complete. Metal roofing and capping has been completed. Store front windows have been delivered and installation started. 95% of all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire piping has been installed. Outside grading has started on some parts of the building with concrete patios installed. Ceramic tile has started in both men and women’s restrooms.

Detail stud framing has started on the inside of building. Brick work is complete on extra of building. Metal roofing is app 90% complete. Rough in plumbing and electrical is 90% complete. Mechanical yard complete with power to the building. HVAC insulation started and rough in fire sprinkler piping is being installed.
