Prepare “Wedge” site for the relocation of Buildings 803 & 807 to include removing fencing and guardrails, grade site and prepare pad for buildings, installation of utility extensions and new lift station. Disassemble, relocate, and reassemble buildings. Renovations to include new drywall partitions, painting inside and out, new finishes, installation of doors and frames, performing HVAC and electrical, telecommunications, plumbing, and roof repair.
Near Term Expected Work
Footers and piers will be corrected for Building 807 and interior work will continue. Rooftop A/C units will be mounted and roofing repaired. Assessment and correction to the footers for Building 803 will be made as necessary.
Monthly Progress - September 2009
New Site – Utility installation is complete with the exception of testing the lift station. Building 807 is on site and set up. The footers and piers are not aligned correctly. Hunter Saussy, a structural engineer, has been hired to advise Dabbs Williams on how to correct the bearing on the footers. Recommendations have been made and the contractor is assessing how many footers and piers are affected. The interior of the building has been demolished according to the renovation plans.

Bid opening held with Dabbs Williams having the lowest bid. New Site – Pier footers have been dug and poured for both buildings. Utility installation is continuing. Existing Site – Occupants of Building 807 have moved over to 803. Canopy and decking have been removed from 807. Interior ceiling grid, HVAC and plumbing and electrical fixtures have all been removed from 807.The axles of the modules have been inspected for moving.
