Hometown: The Center of All Over. Born in Panama (the country not city), lived in Germany, Hawaii, and a couple states. I call Georgia my home base.
Year in School and Major: Junior. Recreation, Natural and Cultural
Dream Destination: Thailand or Nepal
Favorite Scar: A cut on my left index finger. My brother decided to play ninja turtles with my dad’s field Army knife.
Why the outdoors/Why Southern Adventures: To get away from life. No cell phone, no bills, and no worries at least for the time I’m gone. I love the feeling you get when your miles into a hike and you know the only thing that can help you is yourself. Southern Adventures has a way in encouraging me to get away.
Favorite Quote: “Whenever the pressure of our complex city life thins my blood and numbs my brain, I seek relief in the trail; and when I hear the coyote wailing to the yellow dawn, my cares fall from me - I am happy.”
