1. When ready, click on "Click Here to Register" link above.


2. Click Sign Up at the top right (one time only). If you have already created a login and password, click Log In at the top right and skip to Step 3.
   • Create your login name and password (recommend using your My.GeorgiaSouthern username).
   • Enter your complete first and last name, middle initial, and remaining personal information.
   • You must be an eligible participant that is currently enrolled for 4 or more on-campus hours and has paid all RAC fees to register a team.


3. Once logged in, click Sports at the top right. In the list of Active Team Registrations, click on the selected sport name and view specific registration information about that sport.


4. Click Sign Up a Team. All leagues and divisions available for that sport will be displayed. Each division (Men’s C1, Women’s, Co-Rec B3, etc.) indicates to the right of the name the # of teams already registered / maximum # of teams in the division. If the desired division is FULL, you should select another division with available spots remaining. You may also choose to join a Wait List for a division that is full. Click Join the Waiting List next to the division that is full and enter your team information.
   
   • FOR LEAGUE SPORTS – Each division will indicate the specific day of week and time for that division. *NEW SCHEDULING FORMAT: For league sports, you will select a specific division that plays all REGULAR SEASON games on the same designated day(s) and time(s) each week.
   • FOR TOURNAMENT SPORTS – Select one of the available leagues (Ex: Men’s, Women’s, Co-Rec). *COMMENTS BOX: For tournament sports, you may provide information concerning your team’s playing availability (Ex: players on Men’s and Co-Rec teams (include team names), prefer not to play on Mondays, etc.). Be as specific as possible, but note that preferences cannot be guaranteed.
   
   
5. Click on the league/division you wish to enter. Enter a team name (no offensive names, please), select a team number (league sports only), enter comments (tournament sports only), and enter a team password. Read the Terms and Conditions for the sport and accept at the bottom of the screen. Click Add Team.
   


6. Once your team is successfully created, note any special instructions and/or reminders provided (Ex: Mandatory Captain’s Meeting, when schedules available). The deadline date and time for payment of your entry fee will be indicated here.
   


7. You may add participants to your team’s roster using any of the following methods.
   • Add players to your roster now by clicking on Add Your Teammates and entering their Eagle IDs and names (use full first and last name, no nicknames). Note that an ineligible participant may not be added to your roster. This is an excellent way to verify participant eligibility before someone plays with your team! If you get an error, please attempt to enter all participants before contacting the IM Sports Office for assistance.
     
   • E-mail participants an invitation to join your team by entering their names and e-mail addresses. Participants must create an account and follow instructions to join your team.
     
   • Participants may be added to your team’s roster by signing in at the game site.


8. Submit payment of the entry fee (cash, check, or credit card) at CRI Member Services to complete registration. Failure to pay by the designated payment deadline will result in cancellation of your registration.
   
   • Payment is required within 48 hours of your online registration. Payment must be submitted no later than that sport’s registration deadline regardless of the date you register online.
     


9. To return to IMOnline after logging out, click the Log In tab at the top right of the screen. Click My Teams from menu at right to view your teams, add players to rosters, etc.

Do your friends already have a team? Join the team online!

An individual who wants to join the roster of an already-existing team may add his/her name to the team’s roster online.
Team captains must grant permission and provide the team’s password to participants who wish to join their teams.

By joining a team’s roster online, you can:

1. Save time signing in at the game – your name will appear on the scoresheet!
2. Verify that you are eligible to participate with a team
• A participant must be currently enrolled and have paid appropriate RAC fees.
• A participant may play on a maximum of 1 Men’s/Women’s team AND 1 Co-Rec team in each sport.

TO JOIN A TEAM

1. Click on the "Click Here to Register" link above.
2. Click Sign Up at the top right (one time only). Be sure to include e-mail address and phone number. If you have already created a login and password, click Log In and skip to Step 3.
3. Click Join Team at right.
4. Click Join a Team next to the selected sport from the list of Sports Open for Roster Registration.
5. You may find your selected team by clicking the specific division at left or by choosing the team name from the drop-down list of teams. Select the team name and enter the team password. Click Join Team. If eligible, you will be added to that team’s roster.

TO REMOVE MYSELF FROM A TEAM

1. Log In to IMOnline.
2. Click My Rosters at right.
3. Click next to the selected team to remove yourself from that team’s roster. Note that you may only remove yourself from a roster if you have not played in a game with that team.

TEAM CAPTAIN – ADD/REMOVE PLAYERS ON ROSTER

1. Log In to IMOnline.
2. Click My Teams at right.
3. Click View Roster next to the selected sport/team.
4. Enter the Eagle ID Number(s) and first and last name(s) of the participant(s) you wish to add to your team.
5. Click Add. If eligible, the participant(s) will be added to your team’s roster.
6. To remove a participant from your team’s roster, click next to the selected participant. Note that you may only remove a participant from a roster if he/she has not played in a game with that team.

An individual who wants to participate but does not have a team to register may become a FREE AGENT for any team sport. Team captains of already-existing teams may invite interested free agents to join their teams.

Free agents are also encouraged to contact other interested free agents in order to form teams on their own. To inquire about contacting other free agents, please contact the Intramural Sports Office at imsports@georgiasouthern.edu.

Please note that registering as a Free Agent does not guarantee you will be recruited by a team. The Intramural Sports Office does not place free agents on existing teams.

TO SIGN UP AS A FREE AGENT

1. Go to www.georgiasouthern.edu/cri/im and click Online Registration.
2. Click Sign Up at the top right (one time only). Be sure to include e-mail address and phone number. If you have already created a login and password, click Log In and skip to Step 3.
3. Click Free Agency at right.
4. Click Set Free Agent Status next to your sport from the list of Sports Open for Free Agent Sign Ups.
5. You may specify preferences for specific leagues, divisions, or days/times you are available to play. Click to select a specific league/division. If sub-leagues are available for a league (ex: Men’s:Men’s A, Men’s:Men’s B for Men’s league), you must select one or more sub-leagues to indicate the entire league (ex: Men’s) as your preference. Do not select “Men’s” only if sub-leagues are available. Add any comments, such as your experience, skill level, etc, in the box. Click Add Free Agent Request.
6. To remove yourself as a free agent for a league/division, click to the left of that league/division.

TO FIND A FREE AGENT

1. Log In to IMOnline.
2. Click My Teams at right.
3. Click Find Free Agents next to the selected sport/team.
4. A list of any available free agents for your league/division will be shown.
5. Click to invite a free agent to join your team. An e-mail invitation will be sent to the free agent. You may cancel an invitation by clicking next to the free agent.
6. If the free agent accepts your invitation, he/she will automatically join your team.

TO ACCEPT AN INVITATION TO JOIN A TEAM

1. Log In to IMOnline.
2. Click Free Agency at right.
3. Any active invitations will be displayed. Click to Accept and join the team. Click to Decline the invitation.
4. The team captain will receive an e-mail notification of your decision.
