How to Register

Click Here to Register

  1. When ready, click on "Click Here to Register" link above.

  2. Click Sign Up at the top right (one time only). If you have already created a login and password, click Log In at the top right and skip to Step 3.
    • Create your login name and password (recommend using your My.GeorgiaSouthern username).
    • Enter your complete first and last name, middle initial, and remaining personal information.
    • You must be an eligible participant that is currently enrolled for 4 or more on-campus hours and has paid all RAC fees to register a team.

  3. Once logged in, click Sports at the top right. In the list of Active Team Registrations, click on the selected sport name and view specific registration information about that sport.

  4. Click Sign Up a Team. All leagues and divisions available for that sport will be displayed. Each division (Men’s C1, Women’s, Co-Rec B3, etc.) indicates to the right of the name the # of teams already registered / maximum # of teams in the division. If the desired division is FULL, you should select another division with available spots remaining. You may also choose to join a Wait List for a division that is full. Click Join the Waiting List next to the division that is full and enter your team information.
    • FOR LEAGUE SPORTS – Each division will indicate the specific day of week and time for that division. *NEW SCHEDULING FORMAT: For league sports, you will select a specific division that plays all REGULAR SEASON games on the same designated day(s) and time(s) each week.
    • FOR TOURNAMENT SPORTS – Select one of the available leagues (Ex: Men’s, Women’s, Co-Rec). *COMMENTS BOX: For tournament sports, you may provide information concerning your team’s playing availability (Ex: players on Men’s and Co-Rec teams (include team names), prefer not to play on Mondays, etc.). Be as specific as possible, but note that preferences cannot be guaranteed.

  5. Click on the league/division you wish to enter. Enter a team name (no offensive names, please), select a team number (league sports only), enter comments (tournament sports only), and enter a team password. Read the Terms and Conditions for the sport and accept at the bottom of the screen. Click Add Team.

  6. Once your team is successfully created, note any special instructions and/or reminders provided (Ex: Mandatory Captain’s Meeting, when schedules available). The deadline date and time for payment of your entry fee will be indicated here.

  7. You may add participants to your team’s roster using any of the following methods.
    • Add players to your roster now by clicking on Add Your Teammates and entering their Eagle IDs and names (use full first and last name, no nicknames). Note that an ineligible participant may not be added to your roster. This is an excellent way to verify participant eligibility before someone plays with your team! If you get an error, please attempt to enter all participants before contacting the IM Sports Office for assistance.
    • E-mail participants an invitation to join your team by entering their names and e-mail addresses. Participants must create an account and follow instructions to join your team.
    • Participants may be added to your team’s roster by signing in at the game site.

  8. Submit payment of the entry fee (cash, check, or credit card) at CRI Member Services to complete registration. Failure to pay by the designated payment deadline will result in cancellation of your registration.
    • Payment is required within 48 hours of your online registration. Payment must be submitted no later than that sport’s registration deadline regardless of the date you register online.

  9. To return to IMOnline after logging out, click the Log In tab at the top right of the screen. Click My Teams from menu at right to view your teams, add players to rosters, etc.
