TEAM REGISTRATION
Entry Deadline: The final entry deadline is Friday, February 6, 2009.
Entry Fee: $215 per team if entry postmarked/received on or before January 30
$250 per team if entry received after January 30
Entry Procedure: Please submit completed registration form and entry fee by the entry deadline.
- Entry fee must be accompanied by completed roster with Registrar’s office signature and seal and Intramural Sports Director’s signature.
- It is imperative that your completed and certified roster be received prior to your team’s arrival.
- Please make institutional check or money order payable to Georgia Southern University. Institutional credit cards are accepted.

| Refund Policy: | A refund of an entry fee may be issued if a team withdraws prior to the tournament schedule being made. Refunds must be requested in writing no later than Tuesday, February 10. |
