Team Entries

For specific sport information and important dates, obtain an Information Sheet for the activity of your choice at the CRI Office, located in Room 2116 in the Recreation Activity Center (RAC). Information sheets are also available on the CRI website (see IM Sports Schedule of Events).

PDF's can be typed into, printed and submitted in person at the RAC.

1. Complete the appropriate Individual/Dual Entry Form or Team Entry Form for the sport (one entry form per team per sport) and return it, along with entry fee, to the CRI Office on or before the designated deadline date. Please complete your entry form accurately. Incomplete information may cause your entry to be withheld from participation. Please be aware that CRI reserves the right to edit any team names that may be inappropriate.
2. An entry fee will be required for each team and individual sport and for some special events and is to be paid when the entry form is submitted to the CRI Office. An entry will not be accepted until the fee has been received by the CRI Office.
3. For designated sports, captains or a team representative must attend the mandatory Team Captains' Meeting at which intramural rules/procedures will be discussed and important information will be distributed. Meeting dates and times will be indicated on intramural calendars, flyers, and information sheets.

100% refund - if a team withdraws before the team captains' meeting.

50% refund - if a team withdraws after the team captains' meeting and before schedules are made.

No refund will be given after team schedules are made.

All efforts will be made to maximize playing opportunities. In the event of cancellation, all efforts will be made to reschedule. However, there will not be a refund of money if games cannot be rescheduled.
