Madness in the Meadow

This program is intended to provide members of the RAC an alternative means of training.  Variety is a key component when designing fitness programs.  Applying a constant external stimulus to the body will force it to make new adaptations…and that’s where improvements are seen. Due to the high intensity levels of this program, we recommend that only Intermediate to Advanced exercise enthusiasts sign-up to participate. Attend 8 out of 10 sessions to receive a FREE Madness in the Meadow T-shirt!  To break the monotony of working out with weight machines and free weights, Madness in the Meadow gives participants the opportunity to train with a variety of rudimentary equipment such as:

  • Concrete Stones
  • Sleds
  • Cement Blocks
  • Tires
  • Sledge Hammers
  • Telephone Poles
  • Kettlebells
  • Much MORE!

Under the supervision of nationally certified trainers, programming will consist of full-body, functional training in all three dimensional planes, improving the participant’s:

  • Power
  • Strength
  • Agility
  • Balance
  • Endurance
  • Overall performance

If you have any questions about the Fitness program please contact the Fitness Program Director for Group Fitness Justine Coleman, Fitness Program Director Strength and Conditioning Greg Stephenson, or call (912) 478-5436.
