Group Fitness Schedule

The Group Fitness program at CRI has something for everyone! Our positive, energetic, group environment gives everyone an incentive to keep working out. Whether you are looking to tone, lose weight, reduce stress, gain flexibility, or just have fun, group fitness is the place to be!

We provide over 65 classes each week throughout the year, every day of the week. So we are bound to have something that meets your needs and your schedule.
