Class Descriptions

    • Spin 45-
    • Experience a cardio workout like never before. This 45 minute indoor cycling class lets you workout at your own pace and challenge your body like never before!

    • Spin 60-
    • Sweating has never been so much fun! A 50 / 60 minute endurance based cardio class that emulates riding on a bike.

    • Spin & Sculpt-
    • An indoor cycling class that combines the best of both worlds, cardio and strength. You will spend part of the class riding and part of the class toning your body!

    • Spin Core-
    • Prepare to sweat and strengthen your core! This is a 35minute spin and a 20 minute core workout, all in one hour!

    • Spin & Yoga-
    • Challenge your mind, body, and spirit with this combo class. Feel the benefits of enhanced flexibility and strength. A great way to end a “Case of the Mondays”!

    • Spin to Win-
    • Improve the way you ride and work towards the goal of bettering your overall fitness, completing a triathlon, or cycling race. This class will get you set up on a proper regiment that focuses on performance. Come out for a great workout and work towards your goals!
