Mondays & Thursdays
5:30 - 7:00 P.M.
Conditioning room in the Recreation Activity Center (RAC)

 

.: Discuss women's health topics and learn the facts from myths about fitness and health.


.: Learn about different muscle groups and benefits of resistance and cardiovascular training.

 

 

 



.: Create an exercise log and interact with nationally certified personal trainers.
