Events: Bench Press, Squat, Deadlift
When: Saturday April 18, 2009 - 9:30am
Where: RAC Fitness Center
Awards: Medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each weight class. Trophies will be awarded to the Biggest Squat, Biggest Bench, Biggest Overall, Best Squat, Best Bench, and Best Overall Lifters. The Wilkes formula will be used to calculate best competitors. T-shirts are available free to competitiors while supplies last. Registration Form Complete Rules
