Prior to beginning sessions with your trainer you will
need a fitness assessment. This assessment will allow your trainer to
determine your fitness level. After the assessment your trainer will
analyze the data to design your exercise program.

Payment must be received for training sessions before the Fitness Assessment (initial session).

Trainers cannot accept payment, please pay for sessions at Member Services in the RAC (M-F 8-5) or via mail. Show reciept of payment to your trainer. All training sessions expire when your RAC membership expires.

Call the CRI front desk (912-478-1111) if you know you
will be late (trainers will wait 15 minutes before that session
is forfeited). If you are late, the session will only last until
the end of hour for which that session was scheduled.

If needed, sessions must rescheduled 24 hrs in advance
or they will be forfeited.

All training sessions are 1 hr in length.

Be ready to work hard during each session; wear
athletic type shoes and clothing and bring a towel and water bottle
(a towel is required to use the weight room).
