desk on the first floor of the RAC located just right of the lobby
area.
- Turn your application and payment into the main desk then,
- Schedule a time and day for your session.

Scheduling
Information
|
- Massages are to be performed Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9am - 1pm
- Participants must be a member of the RAC
- If not a member, participant may pay $5.00 visitor fee to the RAC
- Massages are offered by appointment only (see below for appointment
times)
- Payment for massage appointments must be received prior to scheduling
an appointment
- Payment and scheduling should be done at the communication center
located on the first floor in the main office
- Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, Visa or Mastercard
- Cancellations must be given no earlier than 24hrs notice. A charge
will be taken from payment of 50 % of massage rate if 24hrs is not
given and 100 % of your massage rate for a missed appointment without
prior notice
- Gift certificates are available if the person receiving the certificate
is a member of the RAC. Otherwise, the recipient must pay the $5.00
visitor fee upon visit for appointment
- Services for gift certificate must be rendered within 90 days of
issuance

Session
Information |
- Appointments are for ½ hour and 1 hour sessions
- Clients should arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to their massage appointment
upstairs in the Wellness Center to consult with the therapist. For
each following appointment, client will need to come in 5 minutes early
to let her know about any changes in your overall health
- A medical release form signed by client's physician may be required
to render services
- Massage sessions will not be performed if any of the following medical
conditions are present:
- Under the influence of alcohol or any drugs that inhibit pain
- High fever, Flu or cold like symptoms
- Contageious or infectuious diseases of skin such as poison ivy,
rashes, open sores, hepatitis or pink eye
- Full professionalism, respect, and attention are paid to all clientele
confidentiality, boundaries, and individual needs
- All clients must remain draped at all times, with exception to the
area of work
- Client may receive a follow-up card or courtesy call within 1-2 weeks
of treatment
- Tipping although not encouraged is appreciated
- All information regarding sessions will be kept confidential and
remain in our files for 3 years following the cessation or participation
in program
- Regular evaluation of session feedback will be completed using verbal
communication with therapist and director
- Regular evaluation of program and therapist will be completed using
verbal communication and our fitness and program directors through
evaluation. If you have any feedback regarding your therapist or the
