Weight and Lifestyle Management Program

The Weight and Lifestyle Management program is a series of group meetings to help you to make health and fitness a way of life. This is an 10 week course that meets on Tuesday nights and is designed to help you make good choices, eat healthier, and enjoy exercise. Each meeting you will be weighed, a wellness topic will be discussed, and the class will participate in a physical activity together. Making these small changes in your life can lead to big changes in weight management. September 1st-November 3rd

 

All members of the RAC can register for this program now. Weekly meetings will start for the spring program on September 1st .

 

This special session will run for 10 weeks, meeting each Tuesday from 5:30-7:00pm.

 

 Participation is based on a 30 participant maximum, so sign up soon! You can sign up at the communications desk at the RAC. There is a $30 fee for this program.
