Challenging Clinic for those who want to explore their yoga practice further

  • 15 Students per clinic
  • Must have attended at least 8 yoga classes
  • See your yoga instructor for a card.
  • You may turn in the card and register a week in advance

The Group Fitness program at CRI has something for everyone!
Our positive, energetic, group environment gives everyone an incentive to keep working out. Whether you are looking to tone, lose weight, reduce stress, gain flexibility, or just have fun, group fitness is the place to be!
We provide over 65 classes each week throughout the year, every day of the week. So we are bound to have something that meets your needs and your schedule. We have 4 different group fitness area’s in the RAC:

All of our instructors are nationally certified by one or more of the following certifying professional organizations:
