Group Personal Training

Research shows that individuals are more successful in reaching their fitness goals when part of a group. Because of this CRI will now be offering group personal training sessions.

  • 3-4 people per group, can be either a group of friends or we will form the group.
  • Group members must have similar goals and be of similar fitness levels.
  • Groups will decide frequency, normally 1-3 times per week depending on group members schedules.
  • Session pricing begins at $40 for 5 sessions. Please see sign up and pricing page for complete information.

Please Note: Special needs (i.e. recent injury, high blood pressure, disability, etc.) should register for individual personal training so that the trainer can provide you with the best service for your needs.
