Fitness Assessments

A FREE fitness assessment is a great way to evaluate your current fitness level. We can help you identify areas of strengths and weaknesses. This evaluation will ensure you start with an exercise program appropriate for your fitness level.

Fitness assessment tests include....

  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Blood Pressure
  • Body Composition
  • Cardiovascular fitness
  • Muscular fitness
  • Flexibility
Fitness Assessments are offered:
Monday-Thursday: 3pm - 7pm
Friday: 2pm - 4pm

 

REMEMBER....
  • Wear shorts, t-shirt and athletic shoes.
  • Drink plenty of fluids over the 24-hour period preceding the test to ensure normal hydration prior to the testing.
  • Avoid food, tobacco, alcohol, and caffeine for at least 3 hours before testing.
  • Avoid exercise or strenuous physical activity the day of the test.
  • Get an adequate amount of sleep (6-8 hours) the night before the test.
Fitness assessment are offered starting August 18th, no appointment necessary. Please come to the Wellness Center on the 2nd floor of the RAC.
