Julie Kuykendall, a Fitness Director at the RAC, is the instructor for this 8 week class. Julie received her Minor in Nutrition, as well as a Master’s in Exercise Science. In addition to her degree’s, she is certified in the following areas:
Having led a weight management program before, she aims to help you succeed no matter what your goal is! Julie believes that any goal whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, or a decrease in body composition, only comes from a well balanced wellness program.
