Welcome To GSU's Biggest Loser!
The Biggest Loser challenge is designed to help Undergraduate and Graduate Full-Time Students improve exercise and nutrition habits in order to improve total wellness along with reducing the risk of chronic
disease. In order to do this, they will receive assistance and guidance to implement healthy behavior changes that will increase their quality of life. Benefits of participating
include but are not limited to
- Learning how to maximize physical activity
- Make healthier food choices
- Learn about lifestyle choices
- Have fun in the process!
We invite you to look around and learn more about the challenge from this site as well as those on campus who have lived it - then decide if you are ready to accept the challenge
yourself!

How do I apply?
- Complete the GSU Biggest Loser application; include 200 word essay explaining why you should be a Biggest Loser participant.
- Deadline for all applications is November 19th, 2009.

Participants who are selected MUST:
- Submit payment ($150) to CRI no later than January 11th, 2010.
- Obtain a medical physical (provided)
- Allow all information (pictures, results) to be used for publicity purposes.
- Commit to a 12-week program (February - April, 2010); attend weekly fitness sessions, nutrition workshops and bi-weekly weigh ins
