The Biggest Loser challenge is designed to help participants improve exercise and nutrition habits in order to improve total wellness along with reducing the risk of chronic disease. In order to do this, participants will receive assistance and guidance to implement healthy behavior changes that will increase their quality of life. Benefits of participating include but are not limited to

  • Learning how to maximize physical activity
  • Make healthier food choices
  • Learn about lifestyle choices
  • Have fun in the process!
