In these instances arrangements for the guest must be made in advance through the Associate Director of Facilities & Fitness and proof of involvement of workshop, conference, etc. will need to be provided. • University guests that would like to use the RAC, but have not been given a complementary guest pass must have the sponsoring department contact the Associate Director of Facilities & Fitness for guest pass use. |
There will not be a refund of fees in the unfortunate event of the loss of recreational privileges.
