Established in 1996, Tae Kwon Do is "the art of the hand and foot". It incorporates the abrupt linear movements of karate and the flowing, circular pattterns of Kung fu with its own incomparable kicking techniques to form an integrated system unique to Korea. Tae Kwon Do is an exact system of symmetrical body exercies designed for unarmed self-defense and counterattack. This defintion is only superficial. More importantly, Tae Kwon Do is a state of mind.

Our practices are every week on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00pm-8:00pm. We compete in at least three tournaments per semester. Our sparring rules are the World Tae Kwon Do Federation Olympic style sparring.
