Established in 1962, the Fencing Club is a resource for members of the University community who are interested in fencing, and helps to promote the sport throughout the Southeast. There is no experience necessary to join the club, as we take members of all skill levels. Members can receive instruction relating to the three weapons in fencing: Epee, Foil and Sabre. Many of our members enjoy fencing competitively, and some just fence for fun. Through the club, there are opportunities to fence in local and national tournaments. For several years we have had a number of club members compete at the National Championships. The club also hosts three tournaments each year.

Practice times are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 5 -7pm in the Combative Studio
