Whether you ride 300 miles a week, or 3 miles a year, the cycling team wants you to join in on the fun and enjoyment of cycling. The club is set up to help promote cycling at Southern and around the country. Most of the team members race both for the college and in outside non collegiate events, but if that’s not your thing you can still come out and ride with us. Below is information about the club, the type of events we compete in, and how you can contact us. The ClubThe club is organized through CRI club sports and is open to anyone currently going to school at Southern. As a club we promote cycling on campus through events during the school year. The TeamTeam is open to any club member wishing to race and travel. We compete in the Southeast Collegiate Cycling Conference (SECCC) which is governed by USA cycling. Throughout the school year the team competes at a number of races around the country and hosts two events.
