Aikido is a contemporary and traditional martial art of Japanese origin that is a method of both self-protection and self-perfection. The art teaches physical and mental development. Through that development, the members use the vehicle of attack and response scenarios to learn to harmonize a defender's energy with that of an attacker and return the attacker's strength against him or her self. We urge all interested students to contact us. Our club president is Charles Harper.

Practice times are Tuesday and Thursdays 5-7.
