• Appropriate attire must be worn.
• Please shower before entering the whirlpool.
• Individuals with open sores, skin rashes, infectious diseases, or discharges will not be permitted to enter the whirlpool.
• After using the whirlpool, please shower prior to entering the pool.
• Diving is prohibited.
• Horseplay & inappropriate displays of public affection are not permitted
• Feet first entry only, no diving
• Hot water exposure limits vary from person to person. Pregnant women, small children and those with health conditions such as but not limited to heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure should not enter the whirlpool without prior consultation and permission from their physician.
• use of whirlpool is not permitted while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, other drugs or medication that may cause sleepiness and drowsiness or raise/lower blood pressure.
• Use caution when bathing alone. Overexposure to hot water may cause nausea, dizziness and fainting. Lower water temperatures are recommended for extended use (exceeding 10-15 minutes) and for young children.
• If the suction fitting is missing, broken or loose, use of whirlpool will not be permitted.
• Unsupervised use by children is prohibited.
• Before entering, check water temperature. Temperature should not exceed 104° F.
• Enter feet first and exit slowly.
• Breakable items are prohibited in or around the whirlpool.
• Electrical appliances are never to be placed within 5 feet of the whirlpool.
• The whirlpool shall not be operated during sever weather conditions.
• Please follow lifeguard and facility staff directions at all times.

Pool Policies

• Swimming is permitted when lifeguards on duty.

• Hanging on lane ropes or rails is prohibited.
• During peak hours, pool patrons must share lanes & circle swim.
• Use of rafts, tubes, and other flotation devices permitted at the lifeguard's discretion.
• Individuals with open sores, skin rashes, infectious diseases, or discharges will not be permitted to enter the pool.
• Only one diver at a time on the board.
• Swimming under boards is prohibited when diving boards are open.
• Diving permitted only in 5 feet of water of deeper.
• Unattended solo bathing is prohibited.
• Children shall not use pool without an adult in attendance.
• Children not toilet trained must wear snug fitting plastic pants or a water resistant swim diaper.
• Glass articles are prohibited in or around pool. Food, drink or wrappers shall not be permitted within 10 feet of pool or whirlpool.
• Running or rough play is not allowed.
• Spitting, spouting of water or blowing nose in pool is not permitted.
• Cut-offs are not permitted.
• Only one patron at a time allowed on diving board.
• Diving area must be clear of other patrons before diving is permitted.
• The pool shall not be operated during sever weather conditions.
• Please follow lifeguard and facility staff directions at all times.

Diving Board Policies

• Only one person at a time is permitted on the diving board and ladder.
• Each person must wait until the proceeding diver has cleared the area before diving. Divers must swim directly to the nearest ladder.
• Only one bounce is permitted except during supervised instructional activity.
• Front dives and flips are allowed facing forward the end of the board. Cartwheels, back flips and handstands are prohibited.
• Running on the diving board is not allowed.
• Jumping off the diving board into the arms of another swimmer is not permitted.
• Hanging off the end of the diving board is not permitted.

• Lifeguard must be on duty to use the sauna.
• Exercise of any kind is prohibited in the sauna.
• This is a dry sauna, no liquid on the rocks.
• Appropriate attire is required in the sauna. Males must wear shorts or swim trunks and females must wear a swimsuit or shorts and a top.
• Horseplay and inappropriate displays of public affection are not permitted.
• The sauna is restricted to use by CRI members 16 years of age or older
• SAUNA USERS SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING WARNINGS
  • Exit immediately if uncomfortable, dizzy, or sleepy
  • Check with a doctor before using the sauna if pregnant, in poor health, or under medical care.
  • DO NOT EXCEED 30 MINUTES in the sauna.
