Pool Rules 1. Swimming is permitted when lifeguards are on duty. 2. Unattnded solo bathing is prohibited. 3. Please shower before entering. 4. Running and rough play is not allowed. 5. Appropriate attire required. Cutt-offs are not permitted. 6. Hanging on the lane lines is not permitted. |

7. Children shall not use the pool without an adult in attendance. 8. Children not toilet trained must wear snug fitting plastic pants or water resistant swim diapers. 9. Glass articles are prohibited in and around pool. 10. Food, drink or wrappers shall not be permitted with in 10 feet of the pool and whirlpool. 11. Spitting and spouting water or blowing nose in the pool is not permitted. 12. During peak hours, pool patron must share lanes and circle swim. 13. Use of rafts, tubes, and other floatation devises are pormitted at lifeguards discretion. 14. Individuals with open sores, skin rashes, infectious diseases or discharge will not be permitted to enter the pool. 15. Only one diver at a time on the board. 16. Swimming under boards is prohibited when diving boards are open. 17. Diving permitted only in 5ft of water or more. 18. In the event of severe weather conditions, please follow lifeguards and facility staff directions at all times for your safety and protection.
1. Lifeguards must be on duty to use the sauna. 2. This is a dry only sauna, no liquids on the rocks. 3. Appropriate attire is required in the sauna. Males must wear shorts or swim trunks and females must wear a swim suit or shorts and a top. 4. Horseplay and inappropriate displays of public affection are not permitted. 5. The sauna is restricted to only CRI members 16 years of age or older. 6. Sauna user should be aware of the following warnings: -Exit immediately if uncomfortable, dizzy or sleepy. - Check with a doctor before using the sauna if pregnant, in poor health, or under medical care. - Do not exceed 30 minutes in the sauna.
1. Hot water exposure limits vary from person to person. Pregnant women, small children and those with health conditions such as, but not limited to heart disease, diabetes and high/low blood pressure should not enter the whirlpool without prior consultation and permission from their physician. 2. Use of whirlpool is not permitted while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, other drugs or medications that might cause sleepiness and drowsiness or raise/lower blood pressure. 3. Use caution when bathing alone. Over exposure to hot water may cause nausea, dizziness and fainting. Lower water temperatures are recommended for extended use (exceeding 10-15 minutes) and for younger children.
Violations of any policy may result in ejection from the facility.
