Banner Account

To request a Banner account, please fill out the following form, have it signed by the dean or department head and mail or hand deliver the form to the Registrar's office.

Please note if you currently have a Banner account and are transferring to another department, you will need to get a Banner account in the department you are transferring to.

You will be notified by campus mail when the Banner account and password have been setup. You should receive the letter within 3-5 business days. If you have applied for the account before your start date, we will create the account, but hold the information letter until 1 week before the employee starts. When you receive the new Banner account, you will have been automatically added to a list serve called GSBAN-L. You will receive important information by email regarding the Banner databases. Your email address will not be taken off the list as long as you have a Banner account.
