Online Payment Options for student account payments

Due to the rising costs of accepting credit cards, Georgia Southern University does not directly accept credit card payments for tuition, fees, housing and meals, class fees, University System of Georgia mandatory insurance and/or other charges that appear on the student account in WINGS.  The University does accept credit card payments at all other campus locations including University Bookstore, Parking and Transportation, EagleExpress, campus dining facilities, and others. 

To assist students and parents in paying charges on the student account, the University offers two online payment options:

• Georgia Southern University has partnered with a third party vendor, TouchNet, to provide their PayPath Tuition Service for payments made by MasterCard, Discover, and /or American Express.  A “convenience fee” of 2.75% will be assessed and added to the amount charged on the card; the University does not control or receive any proceeds from this service.
• Georgia Southern University also offers an alternative free payment method, WebCheck, which allows payments by electronic check from checking or savings accounts.

Payments by cash to the Cashier and payments by conventional check in person or via the mail are accepted.
