You may design your transmittal however you wish, but it must include the following:
- Name of Unit or Department in Heading (You will need to go into Heading setting to add your Department or Unit Name)
- Date
- Prepared By
- Authorized By
- Column for
- New Detail Code
- Debit
- Credit
- Total line for Cash, Checks and Direct Deposit independent of Debit and Credit Column (On Spreadsheet this is called Total Funds. This is the actual total of the money that you bring to the Cashier's Office)
- Grand Total Line for Debit Column and Credit Column
