Oladipo Cole

Oladipo “OC” is a junior Biology/Pre-medicine major. OC has been employed at the Office of Health Education and Promotion since 2005. He is a certified peer educator and state certified HIV counselor. OC is responsible for helping plan and present programs, researching health topics to better service his peers and communicating with fellow co-workers for greater ways to improve the Office of Health Education & Promotion involvement on campus. After graduation, OC plans on attending medical school to pursue his lifelong ambition of becoming a medical doctor. 


Tara Jones-Lawrence

Tara is a junior Nursing major and has been employed as an office assistant at Health Education & Promotion since 2005. At the HEP office, Tara's duties include giving presentations emphasizing a healthy lifestyle as well as creating informational tables and bulletin boards.  After graduating with a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing, Tara plans on specializing in anesthetics at the Medical College of Georgia.


Tia Jones-Lawrence

Tia is a junior Nursing major and has been employed as an office assistant at the Office of the Health Education & Promotion since 2005.  Some of her daily tasks include preparing and presenting health related programs throughout campus, packaging condoms, and a weekly attendant at the information health tables.  Tia aspires to graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and then go on to obtain her specialization in anesthetics from the Medical College of Georgia. 


Joi Livingston

Joi is a student assistant at the Office of Health Education and Promotion. She serves as a program presenter, bulletin board decorator and an attendant for the weekly information tables. Joi is a junior, Biology/Pre-Med major with aspirations of becoming a Pediatrician and owning a private practice.


Crystal Stevenson

Crystal is currently a junior enrolled in the Nursing program at Georgia Southern University. She has been a student assistant in the office of Health Education and Promotion for since 2005. She believes that her job is important because she gives information that helps her peers to make better decisions and to look at life holistically. Crystal presents programs on many health issues and creates information tables. Crystal's future goals are to become a Nurse Midwife and own a birthing center.
