Nutrition
The Health Education office offers nutrition counseling. A free analysis is offered and education will be given about nutrition, meal planning, etc. We also have nutrition computer programs to help you plan meals, make a shopping list or just to try different recipes.

Are you looking for health information for a class, presentation, or for personal use? Come visit our information center (includes brochures, videos, books, updated information). Students are welcome to view our videos onsite.

Presentations
Looking for a speaker for your residence hall, class, or organization? The Health Educator and peer educators are available to conduct interactive presentations on a variety of topics.

Peer Education Program
Our peer educators are trained in a variety of health topics. They act as a resource to students, faculty, staff, Health Services, the Health Education Office, and the Health Educator. Learn more about this program here.

Computer Lab
We welcome students to come in and use our interactive CD’s to learn more about Health and Wellness.
