Who needs an EagleCard?

All students need an EagleCard. A current card is necessary to receive services offered at Georgia Southern. Cards are nontransferable.

Are the EagleCard and EAGLEXPRESS different cards?

No. EAGLEXPRESS is a stored value account on the EagleCard.

I lost my EagleCard. What should I do?

A lost or stolen EagleCard should be promptly reported to any Food Service operation so that it can be deactivated in the system, preventing unauthorized access to your meal plan or EAGLEXPRESS. You may also report using the reporting service at myEagleCard.

No temporary cards are available. If a card is lost or left at home, the only recourse is to purchase another card. A replacement card will be issued for $10.00 at the EagleCard Center in the Russell Union.

My EagleCard is damaged. What should I do?

There is a $10.00 replacement fee for lost or damaged cards. You may purchase one at the EagleCard Center in the Russell Union.

I found an EagleCard, where should I take it?

The EagleCard Center keeps a Lost and Found EagleCard File. If you find an EagleCard, please turn it in immediately to the EagleCard Center at the Russell Union or mail it to PO Box 8079.
