The ITS - Auxiliary Services team (formerly ASIS) is a department of Georgia Southern's Information Technology Services and is staffed by professional consultants and student employees who are trained to assist Georgia Southern's Auxiliary Services staff with technical issues. Auxiliary Services includes and is not limited to The University Store, The IT Store, Food Service units, EagleCard Office, Health Services, Transportation Services, Eagle Print Shop, and University Housing (Residence Life).
If you are an employee of Auxiliary Services and need computer assistance, please submit a ticket using the Helpdesk link above, and our IT staff will connect with you as soon as possible. If you are a Resident of University Housing, please consult with ResNet for any computer problems you may be having.
