Your username and passwords have not changed...so continue to use the same username, password, and database as before.

Register Report Date
The format of the register date has changed from 31-OCT-07 to 10-31-2007. There is now a "pop-up" calendar to help with date selections.

Unit
If you type the first letter of the unit and press the TAB key, the computer will do the rest of the work for you. For example:If Debbie enters an 'L' and presses the TAB key, Lakeside will show up; however, if Lisa enters an 'L' and presses the TAB key, Landrum will show up.

If you would like to see a list of units that you can work with, press the F9 key when the cursor is in the UNIT field. You may select from the list that is displayed.

Register
If you enter the register number and press the TAB key, the computer will do the rest of the work for you.

If you would like to see a list of register numbers that you can work with, press the F9 key when the cursor is in the REGISTER field. You may select from the list that is displayed.

To Save (Create a Register Report)
You may click on that button in the top left corner (like in the old program) or press the F10 key.

To Completely Erase What You Have Entered (Withoug Saving It)
Shift-F7 Hold down the shift key and press the F7 key and release both of the keys. If you are not use to doing something like this, a little practice and patience will go a long way.
