AUXILIARY STAFF! HAVE A TECHNICAL PROBLEM?

Don't stress! The helpdesk allows staff to submit assistance requests (tickets) concerning techical issues such as upgrades, Diebold, Banner, networking, security, RMS, Medicat, printing, Web assistance, etc.

- QUATTRO FIXES -

If Quattro hangs when opening OPEN dialogue box, try one of these methods to improve
performance:

Method 1

1) Open Quattro
2) Select TOOLS, SETTINGS and then go to the FILE tab
3) Uncheck the USE ENHANCED FILE options

Method 2

1) Locate the ODMA.DLL or ODMA32.DLL in the WinNT\System32 folder
2) Rename to ODMA.OLD or ODMA32.OLD

Method 1 worked, but Method 2 is designed to work on Novell networks and machines
using GroupWise. The operating system was Windows 2000 and Quattro was 2000.
